What is a Spiritual Coach?

A spiritual coach (my focus is on inner peace) is a guide who supports individuals in cultivating a deeper sense of calm, clarity, and connection within themselves by addressing both their inner emotional world and their spiritual well-being. Their work goes beyond surface-level mindset shifts, tapping into values, purpose, energy, and inner alignment.

What is Discover Your Inner Peace Program?

Discover Your Inner Peace Program is my Signature Program is 16 week program to guide you to a place of calmness and inner peace.

Do I need to know how to meditate, have previous spiritual or personal development experience?

Nope:) You don't need any experience at all. Whether you're brand new or have years of practice, you're in the right place. This program is designed to meet you exactly where you are. We'll grow together, no prerequisites, no pressure.

What if I don't understand something being taught or working on?

If you ever feel unsure about something being taught or the work you're doing, please let me know! I'm here to support you every step of the way. Whether it's through additional explanations, resources, or one-on-one guidance, i'll make sure everything is clear and that you're comfortable moving forward.Your understanding is important to me!

What if I don't find inner peace?

The program is designed to provide you with all the tools and resources you need to discover your inner peace. We'll work together throughout the journey to help you get there, ensuring you have the support you need along the way.

What if the program is not working for me?

That's actually a great opportunity! We can work together to explore the root causes, understand why it might not be working, and develop tailored solutions and actions to help things fall into place. You're not alone in this - we'll find a way forward together.

As someone who received scholarships for school and Programs, I believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to transform their lives, regardless of financial circumstances. This is for individuals who are facing financial limitations, low income, students, or other barriers out of reach. Scholarship investment $997. What is Sound Healing / Sound Bath?

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses a combination of sound healing instruments such as crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, and more. The vibrations created by sound healing instruments manifest a form of massage & healing into our mind, body, soul and spirit. The benefits of sound healing supports us at a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. It can help release trapped emotions, reduce stress, quiet the mind, and overall manifest an vibrational massage through your mind, body, soul and spirit. Sound bath incorporates sound healing where participants lay on their backs while a sound healing practitioner facilitates the session.

What is the connection between meditation & sound healing?

In meditation it involves using our breath, a mantra or observing our thoughts without judgment or attachment, and in sound healing the focus is on specific sounds or vibrations produced by instruments like singing bowls or gongs.

Our mind shifts away from everyday patterns of thinking and into deep relaxation, heightened creativity and can bring spiritual experiences.

Both practices are effective tools to bring relaxation and reduce stress in our lives. The soothing sounds and vibrations provided by sound healing can help calm our nerves, whereas meditation techniques involving mindfulness can help us become more aware of triggers of our stress and help us to better manage them.

The connection between the mind and body is alive. In sound healing, the vibrations can impact our body at the cellular level promoting healing and balance, whereas in meditation it can bring awareness to help reduce muscle tension or improve immune function. Our mental clarity can be heighten to new levels, especially by quieting the mind and reducing the mental chatter, we can notice improvements in our concentration and experiences.
